After many failed attempts at navigating unorganized government websites, I thought “gee wouldn’t it be nice if all the screen enclosure permit applications were in one spot”. We can all agree it would, so this incomplete list is the start of the ‘Permit Application Guide’. It is important to note that official category for screen enclosures, screen rooms, pool cages and sometimes sunrooms, is ‘accessory structure’. This is a catch all term for structures that are not habitable.
